PAYMENT & SHIPPING PROCESS
From inquiry to arrival, step by step.
Vehicle Sourcing
We source suitable vehicles and provide specifications, real photos, mileage, condition details and reference quotations.
Inspection & Confirmation
Customers may request a video inspection, on-site inspection or independent inspection where available.
Quotation & Contract
After confirming the vehicle, trade terms, payment method, estimated costs and delivery arrangements, both parties sign the contract.
Payment & Vehicle Preparation
After receiving the agreed payment, we arrange vehicle procurement, preparation, document checks and export processing.
Customs & Shipment
Once export procedures are completed, the vehicle is shipped by container, RoRo vessel or another agreed method.
Shipping Documents
We provide shipment updates and relevant documents, such as the commercial invoice, shipping documents or bill of lading.
Arrival & Customs Clearance
After arrival, the customer or local agent completes import clearance, taxes and vehicle collection.
Estimated shipping time is generally 30–45 days, subject to vessel schedules, routes, port operations and customs procedures.
Payment terms
Shipment is arranged only after full payment. Customers may pay 100% in advance or begin with a 50% deposit. When the export license is ready, the remaining 50% must be paid in full before vehicle release and delivery to the freight forwarder.
Transfer & response time
International online transfers normally take 1–3 business days to reach our account. Processing begins only after the payment is received and confirmed. China is 8 hours ahead of Ghana (UTC+0); time differences for other African countries vary by location. Messages received outside China business hours will be answered as soon as possible.
Ocean freight estimate
The US$2,200 shown in the vehicle estimate is a planning allowance, not a confirmed freight rate. Actual ocean freight may be higher or lower depending on the destination port, schedule, vehicle size and shipping arrangement. Confirm the final freight quotation before payment.

Before you place an order
Are the website prices fixed?
No. The displayed price combines the reference vehicle package price and a US$2,200 shipping allowance and may change with stock, exchange rates and final freight. Confirm the USD quotation by WhatsApp.
What does the EXW package include?
It includes the vehicle, export-license service, loading and inland delivery to the freight forwarder’s warehouse at Guangzhou Nansha Port.
When is the vehicle released?
The vehicle is released only after full payment is received. A 50% deposit may start license processing; the balance is due before release.
How much is ocean freight?
The estimated freight-forwarder cost is USD 2,000–2,500 per vehicle. Final cost depends on destination, schedule, vehicle size and quantity.
Who handles customs clearance at destination?
The customer or the customer’s appointed local agent is responsible for import clearance, taxes and vehicle collection at the destination port.
